These healthy sweet potato pancakes are so tasty and really easy to make. You can make them using only 2 ingredients (we’ve added a tablespoon of almond butter to mine – but this is optional, we’ve had the pancakes without this as well and they still taste delicious).
They make the perfect healthy breakfast or dessert.
